Super 7 ALIEN ‘M.U.S.C.L.E.’ Toys Now Available.

Super 7’s diminutive set of 12 M.U.S.C.L.E. (Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere.) collectible ALIEN toys – or figures… I’m not sure what to call ’em, actually – are now available.  These small 1.75 inch tall figures (I’ll go with that) are unpainted and lack any articulation but are flexible (maybe I’ll call ’em toys after all).  Anyway, there’s a set of 12 divided into 4 distinct packs and the entire crew of the Nostromo is represented in what we can expect to be an ongoing series of releases from Super 7.

Pack A contains:  Your usual gang of troublemakers. Ash holding a rolled up magazine, the Big Chap and Ripley toting a flamethrower:

Pack B boasts: Kane (well, could also pass as Dallas or Lambert, too) in space suit and  Parker along with an egg and facehugger:

Pack C features Brett and an attacking Alien.  A great decision to pair these two together.  Also present is a facehugged Kane.  Nice pack, this lot.  It’s my pack of choice If I had to just choose one:

Finally, bringing up the caboose with Pack D we have: Captain Dallas, another version of Kane – this time with an ugly parasite protruding from his chest and Lambert: It’s not often you see the entire crew of the Nostromo represented as a complete set like this.  I think there was a Mini-Mates set and mabye one other…  I’m not 100% sure what, exactly; anyway, it doesn’t happen very often.

I’ve enjoyed Super 7’s releases during the past few years and I am considering getting at least one of these packs, even just to review it.  Super 7’s ALIEN ReAction figure range is one of my favourite releases in recent years and I absolutely love their FAUX 1986 ALIENS prototype retooling of the Classic Kenner figure they released as a San Diego Comic Con exclusive earlier this year.

You can order all the new M.U.S.C.L.E. 3x packs individually or as a full set directly from Super 7 if you like.
