The 2nd large scale release in Eaglemoss ‘ALIEN ship’ series is a Limited Edition version of ALIENS’ USS Sulaco, and it is now available.
Only 3000 pieces are being made of this magnificent spacecraft measuring 20cm. More details can be found on the Eaglemoss UK online store.
Judging by positive accounts of the Nostromo miniature released earlier from Eaglemoss, this item looks like a promising addition to any ALIENS fan’s collection.

Sometimes I just want to mess around and play with my toys. Yeah, they’re toys, OK? Ugly ass toys – but still toys – as far as I am concerned. Anyway, just for show, I added a big sword to my NECA Predalien figure.
So, here he is, my beautiful Predalien holding a nice phat sword. The sword belongs to the Dark Souls 2 collector’s edition statue (a fancy name for ‘toy’). He doesn’t hold it particularly well – and the slightest vibration through the bench will cause him to drop it. Just enough time, really, to take some fun photos. Continue reading
Is it the world’s strangest pyjamas? Maybe. I’m sure there’s stranger than this but I’ve never bothered to check. Maybe it’s an ideal Halloween costume, if you’re into that kind of thing; or maybe it’s cool for some ALIEN Isolation LARPing …if you’re into that kind of thing.

I first saw this item announced on April 1 – so I’m not yet convinced this is the real deal. Anyway, if you want to go snorkeling and scare the bejesus out of other sea creatures – including other divers – then wearing this thing is the ideal way to go.

Japanese manufacturer, Figma, will be releasing their Big Chap action figure sometime in the near future. Rather than strictly adhere to 100% accuracy, their articulated figure will be more stylised in appearance. Looks neat though.
Here’s Figma’s website with more information. You will need to be able to read Japanese. So I have no idea when this will be released, how big it is (around 6 inches, by the look of it) or how much it will cost.
Eaglemoss have announced their ALIEN Day, April 26, celebration with the opportunity to win a ton of prizes and goodies. Looks like all you have to do is submit your email address to be in the draw.
Unfortunately, the usual terms and conditions apply – The same old “Blah, blah blah…” that informs you the contest is only available to residents of the US, “Blah, blah, blah…”
